Proud to be an American.

I am grateful that earlier this month, I was able to cast my vote (for the very first time) to elect the president of the United States.  I am not much of a political person. But I am grateful that I was able to vote on such an important decision. Today I am grateful for my freedom, the soldiers sacrifice to protect our country, and I am truly truly proud to be an American.
HOORAY FOR VOTING!!!

Happy Birthday Sissy!!

Happy Birthday To My Darling Little Sis, Morgan.
Yesterday was her 19th birthday. 19th! My goodness... I can't even believe how fast it's gone.

I just love this girl with all my heart. From the day she was born, she has always been a little ball of sunshine.  Morg has grown into such a beautiful young woman and is the sweetest and most outgoing girl I have ever met. Her yellow, spontaneous personality can sometimes get her into trouble.... but man oh man, we LOVE her for it. She is always a good time.
My very favorite childhood memories all include Morgan. I will never forget holding hands everywhere we went while she called me sissy. We spent our summers dressing barbies, building sand castles in our back yard, begging mom to let us get another ice cream bar and playing 'school' for hours on end. Morgan really is one of my best friends and I'm pretty dang lucky to grow old with her.

Can't wait to see where the rest of our lives will take us....
... and again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNIS. Love you.

My parents celebrated by taking this little sweet cheek out to dinner at Asian Star. Oh.my.gosh. I thought I died and went to heaven.. it was THAT good.

Halloweeeeeen 2012

I feel like I have a love/hate relationship with this blog. Its kinda sad because I love blogging but with barely any free time on my hands, it sometimes feels like a chore. I HATE IT. Aaaand I am pretty sure I can put the blame on school. I mean...class, homework and studying is SO time consuming and as of lately, that's all I do. Therefore, please excuse my absence these last couple of weeks. I promise to try my best and squeeze in a couple blog posts to catch you up to what we have been up to. UNTIL THEN...

Check out Our 'Rockin' Costumes:

Gosh Halloween this year was a freakin' blast. The best part was cranking up loud rock music, ratting my hair and trying to not laugh while doing Chase's makeup. It was a RIOT! I loved watching chase in character. At any given moment he would air guitar. haha! His Lip rings, painted nails and rockstar attitude made it pretty hard to take him serious.

Chase and I vowed that we would never go without costumes...no matter how old we get. I mean whats better than being allowed to sticking your tongue out in every picture?
